Tasks / Job requirements:
This position will support end to end from the point of order finalization with customers / partners to order booking, supply of materials and collection of outstandings.
Responsibilities:
Order booking, monitoring and execution - Verifying the commercial terms and conditions of an order.
Manage the order booking process for direct customers and channel partners through OMS
Follow-up with customers / Channel partners for dispatch instructions and align with logistics to ensure delivery as per ask dates.
Receivables Management: Sending outstanding statement and follow up for collection of due and overdue payments
Channel Management Activities: sending of periodic performance score card, Facilitate Account reconciliation.
Obtaining balance confirmations & No claim letters, Periodic review of channel stocks and pending orders.
Profile :
- Qualification - M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Experience - 2/3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Position location – Kolkata
